Overview
Eyzee offers two types of applications on the Atlassian Marketplace platform:
Server applications installed on the server instance of the corresponding Atlassian product hosted and managed by the client. These are our server applications.
Applications hosted for Atlassian Cloud products provided by the Atlassian Connect platform. These are our cloud applications.
This privacy and security policy applies only to the Eyzee Cloud applications.

Security Statement
eZee Timer & Worklog for Jira Cloud, eZee Timesheet & Worklog for Jira Cloud, TimeZee for Jira Cloud and eZee Timesheets for Jira Cloud are Atlassian Connect Add-On (Add-On) Software as a Service (SaaS).
Data Security
We maintain technical and organizational measures in order to ensure data security, in particular for the protection of customer data. Users are authenticated using Atlassian Connect OAuth authentication.
eZee Timer & Worklog
eZee Timer & Worklog add-on is static and all data is requested, processed and stored on client side on his Jira Cloud (including client’s browser).
All data is stored on client’s Jira Cloud or Server and no data is sent outside – thus this solution is totally save and secured.
Add-On declares READ and WRITE scope to operate (read/create) on worklog records and ad-on configuration from/to client’s Jira Cloud.
eZee Timesheet & Worklog
eZee Timesheet & Worklog add-on is static and all data is requested, processed and stored on client side on his Jira Cloud (including client’s browser).
All data is stored on client’s Jira Cloud or Server and no data is sent outside – thus this solution is totally save and secured.
Add-On declares READ and WRITE scope to operate (read/create) on worklog records and ad-on configuration from/to client’s Jira Cloud.
eZee Timesheets
eZee Timesheets add-on stores, requests and processes on its own server side the minimum amount of data necessary for the proper operation of the application. Personal Data is not stored on the server side of the application.
Add-On declares READ and ACT_AS_USER scope which means the application can view, browse, and read information from Jira. Application can also access content using the permissions of the user running the app.
Data location
Data is stored only in EU.
Access to Customer Data
Only authorized employees and subcontractors have access to customer account data in order to maintain the application.
None of our employees and subcontractors have access to your personal data.
TimeZee
TimeZee add-on stores, requests and processes on its own server side the minimum amount of data necessary for the proper operation of the application. Personal Data is not stored on the server side of the application.
