Basic info
eZee Team Spirit has 3 main functionalities:
Collectors → collect or revoke points based on special events,
calculate points per user and per project, calculate statistics and summaries - it is done every hour,
show statistics and summaries.

You can thank your teammates for help. Your teammates will get additional points.
Click your issue.
Find eZee Team Spirit section on the right.
Click ‘Thank for assistance’
Write yours teammate name
Click ‘Thank for assistance’
Points for finishing issues
You can also get points when you finish your issue. All assigness from issue history will get points.
You will get more points for resolving more difficult issues (having more story points).
You will loose points when your issue will be reopened.
There is not any instruction on how to close an issue. Do it as always.
This functionality requires workflow configuration.
Workflow configuration
This action can add eZee Team Spirit functionalities into your workflows.
This is the first action to do by the Project administrator or Jira administrator
Go to ‘Project settings’.
Click ‘Workflows’.
Choose ‘Edit’ action.
You can change to ‘Diagram’ view.
For each transitions, you can add functionality to add or remove eZee Team Spirit points. Choose transition and click it. You should see a similar screen:
Click ‘Validators’ and next ‘Add validator’.
Now you can add functionality to collect or revoke points.
Choose an option and click ‘Add’
Click ‘Publish draft’ over the workflow diagram. After that choose whether you want backup previous version and click ‘Publish’.
